That's certainly true; there's still some pressure for men to be strong, but it's less than for women. I miss friolenta, which is an adjective in spanish meaning to get cold easily. You would say " Ella es muy friolenta." She gets cold very easily. We have a word for this in my home dialect (Nottinghamshire). It's "nesh" (I believe it's from OE. nesc "soft"). I think it's a bit more derogatory than ...
