Latin / Romance -mus verb ending
In Spanish or Portuguese it's -mos, Italian -mo, etc. All these, apparently, derive from the Latin -mus. But where does that derive from? I've never been able to find a good answer on my own.

By the way, here are the base terms: KANJ - "kin", most often "cousin". KUM - offspring.
