Just what the hell do you think you are doing?
Could you please put that in context? I'm curious, it sounds funny.

"Chaque Seconde" by KYO.

I found them after searching for French bands to immerse myself in the language, but I actually really like this song, and I've even translated the lyrics so I can enjoy it more.

Thanks for the reply.

I hope Zomp develops these languages further. I've just really realized it, but he has a great talent for conlanging; I'd like to see how he'd go about doing an isolating language.

Analytic/Isolating Languages of Almea?

I've just started to actually read through Zomp's languages, and it is quite inspiring. I'm just wondering though, are there any isolating languages on Almea, or do you have any planned? And which of the currently complete ones would you say is the most isolating?

Thanks,

Almean Text Shirts

I think this is my first post in the Almea forum. About time... Shirts with text are becoming increasingly common, and I recently decided that I may like people in my town to know I conlang, in case they do too, so I'm wondering, if the Almeans were to print phrases on their shirts, what would they ...

Great thread. Sorry if this would be considered clutter, but I have a question relating to some stuff discussed here.

In the beginning of the thread, vohpenonomae, you mentioned using a nominal morphology. Is this necessary, for polylang that is? What are some of its advantages/disadvantages?

I can take on 34 kids. Apparently I fight dirty. Not to doubt you, but if I recall correctly to get 34, in addition to having no moral standards, you'd have to be a very tall body-building martial arts master who's been in many fights. Some people might find this amusing:

I like this, from Klaivas. It's from the nickname thread thing. It's a reply to Sakir saying he didn't mind Wycoval giving him a possibly offensive nickname.
Sakir > Sapir > Sapir-Whorf > Whorf > Whore

Nor do I, Whore.

I've always thought the Swahili phrase 'sili kuku' ( same in X-sampa) was weird. It translates to: I don't eat chicken.
