Re: gloss2lang
The main purpose is for writing grammars. When you are in the syntax section, who wants to constantly go back to the morphology section every time you use an example?

gloss2lang
I just made a script that translates interlinear glosses into specific languages, via G2LF files: http://personak.weebly.com/gloss2lang.html For example, type man.GEN.PLR in the text box with a latin.g2lf file, and it comes up with hominum . The sample G2LF file should tell you how to create G2LF fi...

Re: The Minimal Phonology Challenge II
So this was done a while ago here, and I think it'd be cool to do it again. I've also started this challenge over at the CBB. The idea is to create a language using a minimal set of phonemes. Re: Lexicon Building
The Emnonians don't mummify their dead, so, they just call them:
sus laramut - corpse - lit. son of the Watcher, e.g. Laramus Totus Lufus, Watching Death King.
Alternately sus totut, son of death, though that isn't as nice to say.

Re: Sound Change Quickie Thread
You know what should be done? A dictionary of phonemes, and how they can originate and disappear. Though people would still have questions about a specific sound-change, there would no longer be anything about "i have inventory blank, how do I get /phoneme/."

Just curious, how did you make the lovely vowel and consonant charts in the original post?
