The government controlling program in my conworld is written in a far-future dialect of Scheme, with all the keywords in my conlang. I even have an interpreter for it

Aspiration differences also exist in fricatives: /ʒ ʃ/ gets whispered into [ʃ ʃʰ]. Mandarin has contrasts based on this. I dare say unaspirated fricatives are very rare but they do exist pervasively when whispering.

My conlang (which I posted on CBB but not here) is pretty much a Standard Average Altaic relex with some disambiguators that allow Latin-style free-word-order to be used. It is difficult to think of a, say, Japanese sentence that cannot be grammatically translated, word by word, case by case, cliti...

My conlang (which I posted on CBB but not here) is pretty much a Standard Average Altaic relex with some disambiguators that allow Latin-style free-word-order to be used. It is difficult to think of a, say, Japanese sentence that cannot be grammatically translated, word by word, case by case, clitic...
