What if the deity of an alien culture changed its purpose depending on the needs of his worshipers and was supposed to be submissive towards his worshipers who really acted as if they were being worshiped by the deity? Maybe that'd be the religion an alien civilization that gets everything they want...

Perhaps instead of person one could use distance. When talking about yourself you'd use the pronoun for someone very near but for other people or things it can vary. That could probably be as successful as person!

That relative property idea is pretty cool, perhaps I can think about that. That'd surely be alien!

Could I transliter the name of someone or something in a language that has only a written counterpart from a spoken language?

Maybe i'm missing something, but couldn't you just refer to everything by its name? My name is Kris, so i would say 'Kris wants a cookie'; your name is Steve, so i would say 'Steve wants a cookie'; etc. A language like this (that never developed (conventional?) pronouns) would have some interesting...

Actually, I know what I 'm talking about. How about a language without 1st person singular. How might that be expressed. Would I say somethin like, "The person nearest"? Would pronouns only express number, or something else? Would I say: Singular wants water instead of I/ You/ He/ She/ It wants water

When I worked on my conlang I made the grammar first because I wanted to keep working on the phonology. It wasn't supposed to be a human phonology because the my species face is shaped differently. The language is also verbless. Is it OK to make a grammar then then the phonology?

How can a language be personless? How would I say
