Re: Natlangs that look like conlangs
Since when are conlangs frequently written all-uppercase, and since when are natlangs markedly less likely to be written using IPA or Americanist characters than conlangs? (Note, e.g. African languages, where ⟨ɛ ɔ⟩ are very frequently used orthographically, a range of languages in which ⟨ə⟩ or its ...

Natlangs that look like conlangs
Do you know any natlangs that look like conlangs or have unusual representations of phonemes in their orthography?
I know that Saanich and Taa are like this, they are written with an unusual orthography (Saanich all uppercase, Taa uses IPA with additional letters).

I've simplified your vowels a bit because you seemed to have some imbalance in the short/long pairs, but otherwise this is what you have: /m n/ <m n> /p b t d k g/ <p b t d c g> /tʃ/ <kh> /f v θ s ʃ x ɦ/ <f v th s sh k h> /l ɹ/ <l r> /w j/ <w y> /ʊ o a~æ ɐ ɛ e i/ <u o a ah e ey i> /a̯/ <ao> /ɔɪ aɪ/...

It seems your language strings together words to form one-word sentences. Could you tell more about that? For example, what order do the parts of such a one-wor...
