Chronological Order

mark, what's the chronological order for when your langs were started? According to Langmaker:
Langmaker wrote:Verdurian - 1978
Wede:i - 1996
Kebreni - 1998
Ismain - 1999
But what about the others?

Thanks,
Ghost :)

Here are the numbers for the new ranks, as close as I can guess them. No offence to anyone, but will Mark make a tonal lang? 7 out of 10 of his conlangs are completely European. I'm not sure how you're counting there; Kebreni, Elkar?l, Wede:i and Flaidish are all pretty non-Indo-European. There are definitely Almean tonal languages, including Lufasha in the Eastern f...

Why don't you? You could have a few new word borrowings, e.t.c., and if you wanted to keep the old one, you could have them as two different dialects of Verdurian.

There's probably 100 languages that have a name. (Hmm, maybe I should make a list of these.) D'you think you'll ever do grammars e.t.c. for them all? I'd like to see the list as well And you didn't answer my second question. Have you decided on any more ranks yet Or are you waiting for us to...

Questions on the Languages of Almea and other stuff

Mark, how many languages are there in Almea? (Including ones without a grammar or anything, that are at the moment just ideas)

Also, have you decided on any new ranks for the board yet?

But that would mean the high posters (Z, Jhex, Dudicon) would miss ranks!

I like being an Iliu. Sadly though I'm a Shrayom soon.

You'll find a great deal of material on just about every conceivable aspect of Almea, at Virtual Verduria

Nothing should be too hard to find from there - page through at your leisure.
