It makes keda ziunte into a relative clause, rather than a simple modifier. It's parallel to the behavior of adjectives; thus: keda ziunte mygu the ox in the house keda ziunte te mygu the ox that's in the house thesuru hami a golden land thesurute hami a land that's golden I'm not sure I understand...
