Your best bet is probably going to be Marianne Mithun's The Languages of Native North America . It's a big book and covers all known language families in north America. Just as I was wondering how long it takes to print and ship a print-on-demand book, Amazon notified me that my copy has shipped. So it took a little more than a day from the time I placed my order.

I think my Verdurian name would be Mateo Řegorei Maranhey. I just picked the ?enata that sounded most similar to my last name, since I didn't see one for 'husband', which is the source of my last name.
