I certainly don't, which is why I asked the question. But I still don't know of any natlangs that do such a thing.
One of my conlangs marks tense and aspect separately on the verb. I didn't mention it because I try not to talk about my langs too much.

'Save' and 'save for' are perfectly acceptable to me. I do prefer 'save for' though.
