Please define what you mean by "Almea".

You'll find a great deal of material on just about every conceivable aspect of Almea, at Virtual Verduria

Nothing should be too hard to find from there - page through at your leisure.

what do you mean its not on www.zompist.com?! That's about the only place you can find it. I know what you mean, actually, but Virtual Verduria is part of www.zompist.com...I just did that to sound smart.

I dont see how you could go on zompist.com without seeing it.

After this incident, Mark might want to redo his site layout...

Although I've never personally had much trouble finding stuff on zompist.com, I do sometimes feel that the layout tends to hide the Almea stuff off in a corner, even though the website is so largely based around it.

I'd have to agree with Dudicon, I think the Almean information is tucked away, not impossible or even that hard to find, but hard enough considering most of the site is based around Almea.

Heh. For you conlangery geeks, maybe. Other people go there for the linguistics, the comics stuff, or the diversions.

The front page is a bit busy, but it's based on two conclusions from examining web stats:

1. Every time you make people click to advance, you lose half of them.
2. Many people don't scroll down.

There's no good way to present a huge amount of material without violating one of these, so I err on the side of completeness.

Perhaps make the Virtual Verduria link a bit bigger, and maybe a permanent headline thing?

You do see the section stretching right across the screen immediately below the headlines with the huge road sign pointing to it? It's the most prominent permanent link on the front page as it is. How much bigger do you want it to get?

I'd imagine Qrac couldn't find it because he was looking for the word Almea, which isn't anywhere on the main page[1]. That might be worth changing.

[1] Except on the link to the page about the history of chemistry.

Perhaps, then, the problem is that the front page is too Verduria-centric. But if that's the way Zomp wants it, it's perfectly fine with me.
