When you go to the folder in the control panel with all the different fonts, and when you click them some say "The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog." and some say "Jackdaws love my big sphinx of quartz". In Verdurian's, when it lists the numbers, there is no 7. There is 6 and 8 and all that, but no 7.

I have more fonts on this machine... I found a few that also skip the 7: Modern, Roman, Script. These are all old Windows fonts; my guess is that it's something about the format of older TrueType font files.
