Questions or discussions about Almea or Verduria-- also the Incatena. Also good for postings in Almean languages.

Verdurian

I was wondering, What are some of the other things you plan to do with Vverdurian? I was wondering if yo are going to increase the word count. But overall what are some of your plans for the Verdurian language, and Verdurian people?

Adding vocabulary is an ongoing project; I have a list of words that need creating, and working on other Almean stuff usually leads to some new Verdurian words anyway. (Alert readers will find that some of the Kebreni borrowings in the Flaidish lexicon are new, too.)

Some day I want to work out, in detail, sound changes for all the major Verdurian dialects. Another project on the computer somewhere is a history of Verduria.

I'm also working on a story set in Verduria... we'll see how that goes.
