narcotics on Almea?
I was wondering if Almea has any unique psychotropic drugs (depressants, stimulants, opiates, etc.) that have had an effect on societies like, say, grass, opium or cocaine, etc. has on Earth? Have there been any conflicts over these substances? If they are unique to any Earth drugs, could you describe them? Or do Almeans live in a drug-free paradise?
Well, they have an opium-like drug- maflosh, at least. I don't know if there are Verdurian junkies or perhaps an Avelan Trainspotting, though.
