Just to combine two genres as thoroughly as possible...

En lunese luze van&icircsn se altri;
En lunese luze telndn sa;
En lunese luze na&ccedilidn se altri,
R &icirc se escri mas&icircsn sa.

Granted, it's not in a good Almean poetic form, but I think it gets the meaning across.

I would have done the rest, but while elkar&icircl make decent dwarves, the iliu aren't really "elves".

vanec:rule, govern
-&icircsn: verbal suffix, "intense or prolonged action"
