I believe the one to the right is a murtani, because of his bluer complexion and (artificial) hairlessness.

The one on the left is an elcar and the other is a murtan. Culturally they have been separated for thousands of years, but there is no biological difference.

But the murtani has those bumps and ridges while the other hasn't.

they are still, technically, the same species. It is like the difference between having ear lobes that are attached, and ear lobes that hang free.
