I believe the one to the right is a murtani, because of his bluer complexion and (artificial) hairlessness.

The one on the left is an elcar and the other is a murtan. Culturally they have been separated for thousands of years, but there is no biological difference.

But the murtani has those bumps and ridges while the other hasn't.
