Barakhinei transliteration
Are nh and ny contrastive in some words, and if so, what do Verdurian scholars use to transliterate Barakhinei nh lh?
Unless I've been inconsistent somewhere, there's no y in Barahkinei, and thus no n+y.
The usual attitude of Verdurians toward Barakhinei is that it's a half-barbarian yammering best ignored; if they have anything useful to say they can use Verdurian or Cadhinor.
The University grammar uses the Barakhinei alphabet for all cited Barakhinei, except for an introductory chapter which mostly just uses the Cadhinor letterforms; it writes nh / lh as ny / ly.
