First of all, congrats on the release of the new Uyse7 material!

A couple of minor mistakes in the logograms file:

Top of page 3: the glyphs for 5 and 4 appear in the wrong order?

Bottom of page 4 and top of page 5 (two occurrences): Ishira can't be in opposition if it is an inferior planet like Venus... Vlerei can, though

It's just spam. There's nothing on the Almeopedia or zompist.com. Probably devised specifically to bait you, actually.

To be fair, since it's been a few weeks since Uyseʔ was released, I also thought for a second that there might actually be "new" material that he just posted today, and went to check. D'oh!

The link to this one is broken.

The first one I've seen I thought there was something new on them.

Seriously, where are you finding this information? There's no link on the Almeopedia page on Uyse7, nor is there a link on zompist.com.

Follow sano's links. Especially the second one.

The link to the pdf has been on the Uyseʔ grammar page since it was posted, AFAIK. In the table of contents, it's under "Writing".

Your maturity is commendable, but I have a few questions:

What scripts, natural or otherwise, does this remind you of?

Do you think that this writing system could be adapted to any language, natural or otherwise?

Could you, with your pens and scanner, perhaps share some examples of this script in a calligraphic style?

Hieratic and Demotic are the first 2 that come to mind. Chinese characters ( Hanzi ) too in ways especially in the way it developed. And the Naxi scripts ( at least IMO ).

I'll have to look for some more scripts because I'm sure I'm forgetting a few.

I'd say yes. I have to really get a better look at it later today though to give you a better opinion.

This I would love to do. But since I'm in great need of a new scanner ( old one broke a long time ago ) Idk how long it'll take me. Add the fact that atm we have no room to put a scanner but I do plan to get one in the future. Because I have alot of things to show you guys.

What I could do is find out if any of the libraries that I've been to have scanners and scan a few things over there. I know my old high school had one but since I don't go there anymore.....

Damn this is frustrating. I know with time something will come up though. What I'll do is I'll add this request of yours to my "To Do" list involving scripts and we'll see what happens. As I've said I have ALOT to show you.

But I DO plan to get a scanner. Hopefully by or before Christmas would be very nice. I miss those days.

Thanks for asking!

Serali, what would it take for you to be reasonable and civil? we've asked you to tone down on the number of retina-burning bouncy things - you complied for, what, a week?

and now you can't even behave when someone says that nobody's pointing a gun to your head and demanding that you react that way. (and if you say teh boingies are holding a gun to your head, that does more than simply negate all you've said about their peacefulness)

You see, that wasn't difficult. This type of post goes a long way toward helping people not think of you as an annoyance.

There is no reason why you can't contribute in this way all of the time, y'know, instead of yelling your catch phrase and posting countless animated gifs.

You've just proven that you do have something constructive to add to the conversations here, now, do try to continue that practice, please.

The Uyse7 logograms have different styles for different parts of Arcel, apparently. I wonder what Chinese-style Uyse7 logos would look like? :D

No, the link to the pdf file is broken. The same problem occurs when I click "writing" on the Uyse7 page. I've tried it from two computers now.

Weird. To be clear, do you mean the link "Writing" at the top of this page, which links to this PDF? It worked for me the first time I visited it and still does.
