Čia-Ša languages
Are they tonal or not? If not, what are all those accents doing there? pāk, pak, pàk, etc. I was sure Lufaša was tonal, but it doesn't actually say so anywhere.

The original idea was that they were tonal and isolating. That may or may not last.
