We haven't heard much about Ȟamsan since it was at its height in the late 2000s, with a despotic state ruled by an absolute monarch (the trečai). But Ȟamsanese society must have been shaken up when they lost their empire over Haibalai and then were invaded by Ȟatiŋga barbarians. How do they rule themselves now?

And have they learned to write yet?

That's a bit of a hole, sorry. I'm preoccupied with some other areas, not all of them on Almea, so I will have to get back to Ȟamsan later...
