New Ktuvok picture in the Almeopedia

I dunno - I liked the old one more. The new one looks like a plastic action figure

I dunno. I'd definitely go for a ktuvok action figure.

I like the new picture better. The old one was silly.

The new one looks particularly more rabid than the last one, which I think is a plus for Ktuvok Males

It bugged me that the only good picture of a ktuvok was a) jocular and b) less than half the body.

New múrtany picture too.

He looks really short. Mayhaps he is a midget?

You know, I would really be interested to read about the personal experiences of a Cadhinorian or Carhinnoi doing the actual ground work of the occupation of Munkhash during Cadhinas's golden age. I'd like to know how Ktuvoki acted when they were at their weakest, and what kind of society would be built up by Cadhinorian occupiers, a mass of former Ktuvoki slaves, and Ktuvoki themselves in a base state.

I like that idea, not least because I think it'd be fun to start a story with the climax (the evil empire is defeated).

I had a question about that climax : Did Ervëa and Attafei exchanged information before said climax? Did both parties meet at some point to combine their efforts?

They met for the first time only when it was all over. There had been some contact, through aides and diplomats, but it was difficult: there was an enemy in between the two armies. The easiest route was through the Sainor-controlled areas, or after the defeat of Moun, through Xengiman. In just the last year of the war there was some communication by sea.

So their alliance was more about pure luck for fighting the same empire at the same time than some form of formal cooperation?

It's not pure luck, in that it's no coincidence that everyone was fighting the Munkhashi... the Munkhashis' ambitious agenda had ensured that. It was fortuitous that Attafei opened a second front at just the right time though.

The two sides were aware of each other, but with the logistics of the time it wasn't really possible to coordinate operations much.

That's partly because of the contrast between the figure and the background. The figure looks a bit shiny.
