I seem to remember you used to have a section of your website that gave a list of inventions and when they occurred. I think you had menus where you could narrow them down by field, or by location. I can't seem to find it now. Do you still have it?
Thank you for your time,
P

Yes, MASSIVE ones. Foundation of modern society. Two big bursts of development: early 18th century (starts out in the low countries and northern germany in the 17th century), the development of four-crop systems, allied with enclosure acts, and the seed drill; early 19th century, large-scale intentional and efficient breeding programmes to specialise animals, steel plows, mechanical reapers, and, later, chemical fertilisers.Torco wrote:Surely there have been relevant advances in agriculture in the last 1200 years, no ?

The agriculture timeline might also want to include the invention of agriculture.

The last bit was a typo.
I added a number of items (under Agriculture and Tools).

When I noticed that the timeline ended in 2000, I imagined that you still had fifteen more centuries to develop. Then I realized this was set on Earth.
