How do you read those? Is an schwa inserted there? How do you know the difference between qkup, qqkup, qqqkup or qqqqkup?

There's a relaxation of the closure between each stop, but no voicing. To me it doesn't sound like there's a vowel in between (but then an unvoiced schwa is more or less an /h/).
