This may seem superfitial in your sea of work, but i'd thought i'd post on it in case either you don't know, and to get clarification for myself.

Bluntly, your maps of languages don't match up. the map in the hstorical atlas differs from the map on the Proto-eastern page in some respects {the central and Naviu groups differ between the maps}

But the dialect map on the verdurian dialects page differs even more, especially with respect to the sarroc speakers, who on this map are cut off in the eastern part. since Sarnae is no longer a country, shouldn't you discard the old border on that map and show sarroc spoken further east??? also the border of verdurian, especially in the north west, differs again.

Perhaps i'm missing a point about the presentation here, but if not, i just thought you migh want to know.

Well, this sort of thing is inevitable in a creation that takes many years to make. And when maps are hand-drawn.

The Verdurian dialect map is the earliest one drawn, and is a bit out of date (heck, it even has an old name for Kebreni (the native name is now kebren nizgu)). The significant differences are:

1. As you note, Sarroc should extend further east.

2. As time goes on, I seem to want to move Verdurian speakers further into the Western Wild. They now extend all the way across the top of the Elkar?l area.

Ah no problem. it wasn't like "oh my god" but it did sort of stick out. anyway, thats that sorted.

I'm not sure if this is a mistake, or that i am missing something, but it was bothering me earlier.

in the commentary for the historical atlas year 3410, it calls the sha state Lufao. however, on the map itself, the state is called Andao. i thought Lufao was the city and not the country???

EDIT: in the maps for the years 3059, 3220, 3410 and 3180, it is called Andao, in map 3302 it is called lufao. whats it all about?

The map for 3220 should help; there you can see both states. Both towns are Shia, but are the result of colonialism: And?o was a center of administration for the Xurnese, Luf?o was one for the Gurdagor.

When Luf?o revolted against the Gurdagor, it organized all the nearer Shia under its dominion, and took over And?o as well. However, about a century later And?o revolted, took over the kingdom, and extended it.
