Anyways, now that we have the minimum, hopefully zompist will consider writing a course.

I'm also up for learning Axuna?in. It looks very interesting, although the declension tables are quite large, I suppose they'll just take practice.

As long as Zomp doesn't start writing it until the Skourene grammar is online.

OK, I guess I outfoxed myself there. I may indeed finish the Old Skourene grammar first, since it's near completion.

My condolences. I guess that you really do have to be careful what you ask for...
I look forward to seeing the Old Skourene grammar, as well as the Axunashin course, once it's completed.

And to all of the eager prospective Axunashin students: I would counsel patience--writing a language course takes time! Please don't forget that Mark has a wife, a full-time job, a new home, two novels (IIRC) going back out to publishers, and a host of other things to take care of as well... (I only mention this to avoid a string of posts asking "When?!..", such as have appeared on a few previous occasions. )

Heh, it looks like I don't have a sample sentence with touno. It can be seen as replacing an adverbial prepositional phrase, however, which normally goes after the subject and before the object.

Thanks! I hesitate to add my name to those interested in the course, because I don't know how much time I can devote to it. I'd like to follow it, though. I still remember my (semi-)promise to learn at least one of those Zompist's fascinating languages to some non-trivial level.

I'm glad to see it happening won't be up to me, though, since plenty of people have already signed up. I'll keep an eye out for what happens later

I''m interested too - tho' I won't be ready until I've finished the Verdurian Course. Speaking of which, I'll just log out and go and read Chapter Four.
