Do you like my new language?

(Apologies for camera quality. It's really bad.)
I did have a bizarrely similar (to the original poster's) accident about four years ago, in which I slipped over a cookie and somehow twisted my ankle so far that it broke
What kind of cookie?

So pronounce it as /ɛ.jan/? Seems difficult to pronounce it in casual conversation. Two stress-points next to each other!

L1 chespaneg a digin [e.a] volth. Ae chevig dorpheth, evig buned dhiv-'wogel, ae 'welig.
My L1 is Spanish and I say [e.a] all the time. If you have trouble, you can insert a semivowel, that's up to you.

Tóŋcyomya lazö "yan" ano, don lazö "ean" a. "Ean" amoebof löyop.
[toːŋˌtsjɔmja lazœ ˈjanənɔ | dɔn lazœ ˈɛ.a.na || ɛ.an aˈmɔibɔu lœjɔp]
tóŋ-cyom-ya la-zö "yan" a-no, don la-zö "ean" a. "ean" amo<ebo>-f löyop.
sound-piece-one exist-if "yan" COP-and, two exist-if "ean" COP. "ean" much<COMP>-ADV exist.POT

If there is one syllable it's [jan], and [ɛ.an] if there are two. [ɛ.an] is more likely though.

(Edit: Okay I was talking about in Iaskyon  It's [ɛən] if I do it normally)

You should be using [], not //. Also Japanese /r/ is definitely not [ɭ]. [ɾ], [ɺ], [r] are all possibilities, but not [ɭ]. [ɛ, æ, ɔ] are also odd choices.
