I don't really care about other people learning my languages. I mostly create conlangs for myself anyway.

Nothing. Nobody wants to learn your language. Unfortunately, people don't learn a conlang unless it's famous.

I did have a bizarrely similar (to the original poster's) accident about four years ago, in which I slipped over a cookie and somehow twisted my ankle so far that it broke

My languages aren't complete enough to learn. I make a lot of them up as I go.

(Kett sounds a lot less like Chinese in higher registers, but higher registers are boring. At least this dialect isn't tonal. Yet.)

Russian Cyrillic is legit great for any language with a palatalization distinction and five vowels:

я е и ë ю = ʲa ʲe ʲi ʲo ʲu
а э ы о у = a e i o u
ь = ʲ (when not preceding a vowel)

If you don't have any hangups about going outside Russian - like some people - you can have ten more vowels and twenty more consonants easy

That's why I changed the sound of х and ж from /x/ and /ʒ/ to /h/ and /dʒ/.
I'm not afraid to change it and work around a little bit.
Plus, it's not like I'm speaking actual Russian, or any other Cyrillic language.
