In Ihuyu, There are two options:

dŭzil simi wǝrsestǝryu (literally thin Worcester-ian sauce)

OR

dŭzil simi ma wǝrsestǝr (literally thin sauce of Worcester or Worcester's thin sauce)

EDIT: (mentally replace wǝrsestǝr with proper pronunciation of Worcester)

(The third option would be calling it "Worcestershire sauce".)

I would have assumed (as some sources say happened in Russian and Hindi), that "Worcester" would be borrowed over based on it's pronunciation, i.e. /ˈwʊstə~ˈwʊstɚ/, rather than its spelling.

On a related note, I do find it funny when people try and say something like /wəsɛstəʃə sɔs/ really fast :)
You can tell the same lie a thousand times,
But it never gets any more true,
So close your eyes once more and once more believe
That they all still believe in you.
Just one time.
