I did have a bizarrely similar (to the original poster's) accident about four years ago, in which I slipped over a cookie and somehow twisted my ankle so far that it broke
What kind of cookie?

Twjad semykwpwyn. / Tjoad semykpoyn.
[tʷʰɥad̥ semɨkʷʰp͡ɸʷɨn]
I agree with you.

EDIT: just realized I had a "much better" transcription for this conlang than with w-digraphs all up in it.
And yes, I agree, it's crazy bleeding of labialization everywhere.

The <o> precedes rounded (labialized) consonants and clusters when in the onset, and follows when in the onset.
Not sure how to represent labialization that has bled over into a new syllable, or to keep the two syllables separate and not have the labialization of the next phoneme.

examples:

/tʷʰɾʷɨlk/ [tʷʰʁʷɨlk] -- w-style: twrwylk o-style: troylk
/g̊ʷinʷdʷsekʷ/ [g̊ʷinʷdʷsʷekʷ] -- w-style: gwinwdwsekw(?) o-style: goiondseok(?) or goiondsoeok(??)
