It clearly seems to be inspired by Old Irish.

Hercuníí nya dasimin Gaaidelegõõ imin (sa hwatting-anaa nago), pasu amarazingin déléén t'ala-K'eletikegõõ.
Ercunic is inspired by Old Irish a bit (as hwatting said), but it is a daughterlang of Proto-Celtic.

It might look a lot like Old Irish, but it has a sort of odd mixture of features from all Celtic languages, and I think Gaulish in particular.
