In Sajiwan, we can say "salt and pepper" instead of "salt and pepper" [using Spanish derived "i" instead of English derived "an"] for this. When talking about Batman* and Robin, we can also say "Batman with Robin" to indicate they're close, but I think "Batman and Robin" is more usual.

*It's likely "Batman" isn't his name, because - like I explained - this means "bad man". But "fly mouse man" [fly mouse = bat] also doesn't sound good, so I don't know what he's called.
