Kathaa hkàwti [kʰɔ˩ti˧] → Aksanji kojī [kɔt̠ʲi]

Kathaa hkotí [kʰo˧ti˥][/quote] → Aksanji kōjī [kot̠ʲi]

Pretty close to merging the first and final words.

How do those changes even make any sense? The last one kind of seems justifiable, but the first two make no sense to me whatsoever. It looks like <quŋgiya> is just some morpheme(s) arbitrarily tacked onto the words, after removing the last syllable and lowering unrounded high vowels. And when I say arbitrarily, it is because it looks like it should be also tacked onto the last word, but it isn't.

You can't simply replace a word with a different word one wants to use. That's not sound change. On that grounds I would be tempted to just ignore the most recent changes.

Kathaa hteirooromiléòn [tʰe˧ro:˧ro˧mi˧lə˥on˩] → Proto-T1 *??? → Hkətl’ohnim šīrəmēlun [ˌʃiːɹəˈmeːlun] / Omari terromirǫų [ˌtɛrːɔmiˈɾɔ̃ʊ̯̃]
Kathaa yeunohfaamothooeé-onézòm [jɯ˧noʔ˧fa:˧mo˩tʰɞ:˧ə˥o˧nə˥zom˩] → Proto-T1 *??? → Hkətl’ohnim ēnəkhənūnsəm [ˌeːnəkʰəˈnuːndzəm] / Omari einokǫtųǫzǫ [ˌɛɪ̯nɔkɔ̃ˈtʰwɔ̃zɔ̃]
Kathaa dònjachònáloojoe [don˩ʤa˧tʃo˩na˥lo:˧ʤɞ˧] → Proto-T1 *??? → Hkətl’ohnim nonk’unēlku [ˌnɔŋk’uˈneːlku] / Omari dǫggoneroga [ˌdɔ̃ɡːɔnɛˈɾɔɣa]
Kathaa heiriiànaamoh-htéfeeré [he˧ri:˧a˩na:˧moʔ˧tʰə˥fə:˧rə˥] → Proto-T1 *??? → Hkətl’ohnim hrīmət’ās [ˌθ̠iːməˈt’aːs] / Omari heriemmoktuora [çɛɾiˌɛmːɔkˈtʰwɔɾa]

The next person can choose which word(s) he or she wants to take from Hkətl’ohnim and which one(s) from Omari. Hkətl’ohnim and Omari are sisterlanguages belong to two different branches of the same family; the secret protolang is still up for reconstruction...

I didn't replace the words. I removed what was left of your articles (i.e. k'a), and ran them through the sca.
PS please please please stop adding articles! When you do that the words start to merge!

You don't run them through all the sound changes that happened in the history of your conlang, obviously--not all conlangs have the same sounds. You just change them as if they were loaned into your conlang. And then you can do the sound changes you want but only after that

That's not what I did. I understand what you mean though; the words do look quite different.
