No, it's just a boring, ordinary [θ~ð].
I do have an absurd number of ways of spelling /ʒ/, though -- ‹d g gn j il sj zj› can all be pronounced thusly under certain circumstances (or always for ‹gn zj›), though /ɛː/ rivals it with ‹e, eh, ê, ei, ey, ai, ay› (‹e› only before single consonants in stressed syllables, though).
