Assuming:
Asperger's > Sperg > To Sperg

Thus, in Yo Tobi:
Kuwi (a map) > Kuhonowi (a mapmaker) > Kuhonoto (to mapmaker)

Because the land that Yo Tobi in spoken in is sky islands. They drift; not a lot, but enough to make mapmakers an angry stereotype.

Next idiom:
Dancing when you have to go to the bathroom.

You know, I'm going to be daring and different; instead of creating a particular idiom for this, I'm going to make it a fully independent root.

śkalo, "to limp, walk with a limp, be crippled". From the root śkal-, "walk with a limp" plus the standard verbal ending -o.

Next: to have a way with horses, landbirds, or other culturally-important riding animal
con quesa- firm believer in the right of Spanish cheese to be female if she so chooses

In Tobi:

Chi monsi no.
To be the reeds.

(Both with an emphatic definite article.)

lypel "to be silly" ... this is also one of the words for squirrel. Since it's one word it doesnt sound like much of an idiom but since it'd be used with a "temporary" verb construction it'd be different than just saying that someone is literally a squirrel. One could also say lypelbies mušoba "playing with squirrels".
