Because the land that Yo Tobi in spoken in is sky islands. They drift; not a lot, but enough to make mapmakers an angry stereotype.

lypel "to be silly" ... this is also one of the words for squirrel. Since it's one word it doesnt sound like much of an idiom but since it'd be used with a "temporary" verb construction it'd be different than just saying that someone is literally a squirrel. One could also say lypelbies mušoba "playing with squirrels".
