swo, anta, and tosta are names for the laws in the Poswob Empire that dictate who can hold positions in government. Imepo and Liele are loanwords with the same meaning as tosta. Everyone agrees these rules are unfair, but they are kept in force because their religions believe in the concept of eternal birthrights. So the best analog for Affirmative Action would be a law that attempts to reverse the pre-set order, and promote low-status people into positions of power. In Poswa this would just be the same word but with (person name)+sat at the end. e.g. tosta pempsat "tosta that supports ex-slaves".
