the word for "lean, tilt" seems to be a Poswa innovation since I can't find any word with that meaning in any other conlang of mine. (It comes from "to move across something" but, I'd feel cheap if I used the same semantic shift twice)

Sawunaz:
þukosum - inherited from Zabantun. The meaning is a bit separated from its constituents, as ustam changed to osum but ŧuk changed into þu. Thus, it's not really a compound word anymore but rather a standalone medical term.
