Base map has now been updated with the new coastlines for the new land from the map that Izambri posted.
Balla is a small country bordering Dixia and the Federation of Terrible Bees. In order to deal with the thread of bee attacks, they have recently constructed the Ballan Dome, which encloses the entire country. However, since the construction of the dome, while bee attacks have dropped sharply, there is now economic troubles due to the loss in trade caused by the dome, as well as a honey shortage. Additionally, the climate has begun to turn hot and steamy. Plans are currently underway to build doors in the dome, so that trade goods can once again enter and exit the country.
The capital of Balla is Sakka, and the country is ruled by King Itshi Sueti.

Skýra is a large archipelago in the eastern seas. The archipelago is located in the midst of the cool-temperate to subpolar zone and receives large amounts of rainfall. The islands are mostly covered in lush temperate rainforests. Large kelp forests surround the islands. Main exports are fish and lumber.
All unclaimed land north of 60°N is protected under the Arctic Treaty, here in pale icy blue.
Lower Saxony is a federal parliamentary constitutional republic situated between Hypophallos, Dixia, and Cleveland. Its has a single legislative chamber, the Saxstag. The president of Lower Saxony is Scroge Hungus, the chancellor is Pendula Wagner, and the president of the Saxstag is Sackbo Baggins.
Much like Hypophallos, Lower Saxony is a land of fertile plains in the south, with mountainous regions to the north. It produces a surplus of grain, which it exports to other countries. While Cleveland and Detroit have been important trade partners in the past, the increased corruption in Hough and Willoughby Hills on the Cleveland side of the border have made it difficult to conduct honest business. As such, Dixia has become an increasingly destination for exports, but as Hypophallos also exports grain north, this leads to price war between the two nations, which both encourage the northern countries to splurge on their potent seeds. Lower Saxony benefits from the fact that it shares a considerable border with Dixia, which, though mountainous, still constitutes a direct connection, which Hypophallos lacks.

This is mostly complete, but still a work in progress.
The Republic of Federated Lands - ROFL for short - is a rather dull Northcentrican country. It consists of numerous small, fiercely independent lands - called "cantons", each lead by a king - who have federated together for mutual defense; the primary language is, of course, Cantonese. It is ruled by the Federation Under-Council of Kings, which is presided over by a lord elected by the council - currently, Lord Mao DingDong, a member of a clan with ancestral origins in that country. L. Mao is a member of the Northcentrican Party of Broken Dreams and Sacrilegious Masseuses, which, despite much power play with others, has ruled for more than four centuries.
(There has been some recent dispute that the ROFL may stand in violation of the Arctic Treaty, to which, mystified, it replies: but we claim our land!)
Since I've been working on the People's Mocha Republic map, I was inspired to write a bit of its history.
Chocula I Soter, Chairman (b. Dracula Lagides) – founder of People’s Mocha Republic and direct predecessor to Chairman Chocula II Philometor. Originally born in Aurora Rossa Federation’s Southern Eastia colony, Chocula I Soter travelled west along the then-unexplored mountainous southern coast of Eastia, where he discovered vast chocolate resources, most of which were free of the fire-breathing dinosaurs that roam Chocolate Island in Super Mario World. He combined this chocolate with the coffee of his native homeland, and thus invented the caffè mocha, whose popularity soon spread.
Based on the popularity of this new drink, Chocula founded a trading colony, Mochaton, south of the Brownstone Pass, which was to be the exclusive source of the drink. The colony flourished, developing into a fully functioning city state with a gradually expanding sphere of influence. A second city, Choculopolis, in the east, closely associated with Mochaton, had also steadily been increasing in both power and influence on account of its easier access to Aurora Rossan markets, and due to its favourable harbour and the distance and natural protection from Italian smugglers, whose numbers had been increasing at an alarming rate. Lagides renamed himself Chocula I Soter, and declared himself first chairman of the newly formed People’s Mocha Republic, with Choculopolis as its new capital city.
To combat the Italian smuggling, to which the Bonkan government seemed to turn a blind eye, Soter commissioned the construction of the Great Wall of Mocha along the northern edge of the country, and oversaw the planning and initial construction of the wall.
Chocula II Philometor, Chairman – former leader of People’s Mocha Republic and direct successor to Chairman Chocula I Soter. Carried out the initial construction of the Great Wall of Mocha.
Chocula III Euergetes, Chairman - former leader of People’s Mocha Republic and direct successor to Chairman Chocula II Philometor. Oversaw the continued construction of the Great Wall of Mocha.
Chocula IV Nicator, Chairman – current leader of the People’s Mocha Republic and direct successor to Chairman Chocula III Euergetes. Oversaw the completion of construction and beginning of operation of the Great Wall of Mocha.
Edit: I decided to add another Chairman to extend the age of the country a bit.

I can't edit the map right now sadly, but I realized that in order for Billy Smith's Locker to exist we'll need a Georgia, so I am creating it. I will edit this post with a map in about 8 hours! I will take a small part of the blank space immediately south of LoL.
Georgia is a landlocked country located between LoL, ROFL, Jerho, and the Aurora Rossa Federation. It is a unitary semi-presidential republic. Its president is Lawrence Fishburne III, and its Prime Minister is Vakhtang Chavchavadze. The chairman of the Georgian parliament is Hulk Hogan. The capital city is Tbilisi.
During the classical era, independent kingdoms became established in what is now Georgia. The kingdoms of Colchis and Iberia adopted Christianity in the early 346th century. A unified Georgia reached the peak of its political and economic strength during the reign of King David IV and Queen Tamar in the 353rd–4th centuries. At the beginning of the 362nd century, Georgia was annexed by the Aurora Rossa Federation. After a brief period of independence following the Aurora Rossan Revolution of 36198, Georgia was occupied by The Name's Jerho in 36203, becoming the Name's Georgian Jerho Republic and part of the Name's Jerho. After independence in 36273, post-Jerho Georgia suffered from civil unrest and economic crisis for most of the 36270s. This lasted until the Rose Revolution of 36285, after which the new government introduced democratic and economic reforms.
Main exports include slightly naughty underpants and electricity.
I added Georgia, but I'm not sure on the borders, so I just had it fill the entire space. Feel free to fix it once you are able to post a map.
Nin is a nation ruled by women located between Bongia, the People's Republic of People, and Acute Pancreatitis. The men are mainly sent off to battle in order to keep Acute Pancreatitis from spreading, though some are kept home so that the population levels remain stable. They also occasionally import other men from the People's Republic of People in order to make up for any shortfall. The country is controlled by Chairwoman Onn, and the country is also trying to start a space program, but currently does not know which way to launch the rockets, for concern that a malfunctioning rocket may fall on one of the neighboring countries.
The capital city is called Miedliŋ Jama

Also, in the detailed maps we're making, I'm wondering if there aren't slightly too many snow-capped mountains. I notice in the Balla map, the Federation of Terrible Bees has endless snow to the upper left. Is this final?
It's actually just a word document that I've converted to .pdf. It's kind of a pain to add all the ligatures if you haven't done it before, and if you don't have the fonts I'm using then you can't really do it anyway, so probably the best way is to just write it here and I'll put it in eventually.

Maybe the planet's slightly colder than Earth? As for the mountains in FTB, there are large areas of snow, but there's also numerous canyons and valleys in the middle of it that don't have snow, they're just not visible from that map... I don't even think I had added them yet at that point. The end result should be something like the mountains in Zibban.
