It is not a romlang or celtlang. It is my first conlang derived from PIE with a massive influence from another non-IE language (imaginary). Can you see a few roots here and there? Anyway, the weather here in the UK is crap.

N'Espanyol, quand volem vos imiter vós allemands locam /r/ en tod log, bens en grups tal /kr/ au /pr/. Vós nos imitat?
In Spanish, when we want to imitate you Germans we include an /r/ everywhere, even in clusters like /kr/ or /pr/. Do you imitate us?
