Is there any reason at all why we don't just rename this thread "the Conlanging Coffee Thread"? Skomakar'n always manages to drag the topic back to bloody coffee within a few pages. Now, I have absolutely nothing against coffee, and indeed I drink up to six cups of it a day (black, of course: milk in coffee is an offence in the eyes of god), but for the love of all that is holy, can we please actually try to maintain a fucking conversation about something less asinine for once?

Don't be a five-year-old. I'm not the one who mentioned it this time, and I haven't in months, and I don't intend to, because I know people here have incredible OCDs and whatnot, and I'm not interested in waking those dragons anymore, so don't worry. I gave Sano a reply to keep the conversation going and, more importantly, to practice sentence structure and grammar in my conlang, which is the whole point of this thread. I did not intend on continuing that conversation. The same goes for the other thread too. I'm drinking coffee right now, but I'm not writing about it. The reason I have indeed done that a couple of times, though, has been because I have done it in a couple of different languages in order to practice them, which is also the point of that thread; I should know, because I created it.

Also, nobody is forcing you to join in on any coffee conversation and nobody is preventing you from changing the subject, which would have been a much smoother and mature way to "solve" the "problem".

mo ke kalamya tayo ka
Where's your conlang?
it's there now - it takes forever to write in it.

btw: you shouldn't include "to" in glossing because it's an artifact of trying to map english morphology onto latin. it's not needed if your language makes no distinction.
