The use of the underdot could switched depending on which series is more common, and ideally <ċ> should be a <c> with an underdot as well.

Unnamed Dwarf Language

I'm making this for a friend who's making a conworld. The vowels are ripped straight from Farsi.

Nasals: [m n]
Stops: [p b t̪ d̪ k g]
Fricatives: [f v s z ʃ ʒ]
Affricates: [ts dz tʃ dʒ]
Approximants: [j]
Trills: [r]
Laterals: [l]

Vowels: [i u e o æ ɒ]

Phonotactics are (C)(K)V(K)(C) where K = any consonant except a stop. Stress is uniformly on the first syllable.

Bonus points for using no diacritics.

f v s z ʃ ʒ <f v s z sh zh>

j r l <y r l>

i u e o æ ɒ <i u e o a oa>
Phonotactics are (C)(K)V(K)(C) where K = any consonant except a stop. Stress is uniformly on the first syllable.
So are ttsenl, yrafr, tsdzify, and zhsashl all allowed syllables?

They are, although /ttʃ/ would be interpreted as /tʃ/.

My own orthography used <w> for /ɒ/. I used <sh> for /ʃ/ and <j> for /ʒ/, <c> for /tʃ/, <dj> for /dʒ/, and <y> for /j/.

I wanted the phonotactics to prohibit some common English clusters like coda /kt/, /ts/, /pt/ and onset /st/, /sk/, while allowing onsets like /ks/ and /dzl/. After working up some random text using this phonology, I got a somewhat Slavic vibe from it with hints of Indic. Here's some sample text:

"Avliri makto, ksoblit nwloy. Ubirn yagwr; shlaskipri nyobur aybalti, wg volr. Psito apkini, nay blintamka; wshki mosoldirku. Akpin ywlganka tsokoci, znajliki ayp baru. Gvudni djaldzok wnwd talpi."

Tone-marking applies to the non-high vowel element of digraphs.
Acute/grave umlauts replace plain umlauts.

/a aː aːː/ <a ař aȟ>
The hacek can be left off where no ambiguity would occur, i.e. before a word-final coda, before a word-internal coda followed by an onset.

/t k ʔ/ <t k q>
/s x h/ <s x h>
/ɾ/ <r>

An apostrophe separates vowels in adjacent syllables without any intervening consonants or indicates a syllable without an onset appearing after a syllable with a coda.

/a aː aːː/ -- double [first/middle] vowel for long, double consonant for overlong
for diphthongs, replace <i u e> with <y w a> for long

Unnamed Dwarf Language
Nasals: [m n] <m n>
Stops: [p b t̪ d̪ k g] <p b t d k g>
Fricatives: [f v s z ʃ ʒ] <f v s z sh zh>
Affricates: [ts dz tʃ dʒ] <c jh ch j>
Approximants: [j] <y>
Trills: [r] <r>
Laterals: [l] <l>

Vowels: [i u e o æ ɒ] <i u e o a ao>

These are all allophones? :/

There isn't much interesting to do with this phone inventory. :/

I would rather have done /æ ɒ/ <ä a>, but if you want no diacritics...

It's not guttural enough to be a dwarven language. :P
