Oidam...
Let's see...

1. Elsàs Alsace
2. Ghez na Danç Jordi Saint George's Cross, representing England, and the Duchy of Milan in its widest extend (Northern Italy).
3. Arpitanya Arpitania
4. Bàden-Vítemberg Baden-Württemberg
5. Teulàs Savoia House of Savoy, representing the lands of the County and Duchy of Savoy (Western Alps).
6. Catalunya Catalonia
7. Arrau Flamant Flemish Lion, respresenting Flanders and the French department of Nord.
8. Cambri Wales
9. Occitanya Occitania
10. Mandell nas Càmber Prince's Flag, representing the Netherlands.
11. Rinauna The Rhine Province or Rhenish Prussia, representing the Rhinelands.
12. Castanent na Venesa Republic of Venice, representing Northeastern Italy.
13. Suïssa Switzerland
14. Toscana Tuscany

Now you can put these lands on a map and solve what I'm representing. XD

Genetically, within West Romance, it's equally related to both of them. Both have influenced in its development, but the orthography makes it look more Spanish than it is.

The other post had IPA for the North dialect which I'm developing and is further-fetched from orthography. (i.e. deceure becoming [dʒɛ:] over standard ['djew.ɾə]

Etymological spelling has that consequence.
