Poswa has a word for lollipop, bas, based on a letter of the syllabary that is shaped like one: link
But they might not actually have lollipops as we know them; it's just a word for something shaped like a lollipop. And there is an inverse lollipop as well, as: link

There are a couple of words for candy, pypwi and bemo, but both refer to fruit candies rather than chocolate (which is what "candy bars" seem to be, so even in English the name is wrong). Then you could just add -ba for "piece of" or -pwe to refer to something larger. "Pypwipwe" is what Im going to go with for the translation.
