RC: to•dari (dari is a light verb that has nonmeaning unless used with a prefix, to• as prefix marks a transitive verb with a person as the object)
Usage: only has a valency of two - the receiver of the donation is specified but the what isn’t.

You assume correctly.

In turn, I assume that you posted the entire conjugation of "hulcə" because you really want us to see it.

I actually did it because I wanted to see how it would turn out, as I had never done the full conjugation of a verb before. (Even in this case I omitted the nominalizations other than the verbal nouns, and I omitted the verbal nouns' nominal declension.) It was only feasible because hulcə is solely an intransitive verb; doing a full conjugation of a transitive verb would be less than feasible except through automation because transitive verbs agree with both agent and patient.

To be honest, though, I am proud of how I managed to create such seemingly irregular morphology through completely regular means.
