Kala sound sample on that page.
... That sounded just like an automatic screen reader, connecting together prerecorded sounds, with some audible hacks here and there, and some synthesised feeling about all of it. Scary.

I have a bit of an awkward way of speaking, but I think I'm getting better at pronouncing it.

Yes: http://www2.research.att.com/~ttsweb/tts/demo.php

I use it because;

1) I do not have a microphone
2) it fits my phonological needs
3) it's fast/easy

You can listen to a shortish sample of my conlang, Gomain, at the beginning of Conlangery Episode 14. I'm working on a longer sample for this thread.

Edit: The promised sample is now online here. Transliterated, it is:

Zhólákh, bákái khefénggásnó ówáundeshém naglérá hløvlérá ís ózháundjíshém dhúngklérá. Kám zíkái hẽ lékshŕdh ógwixagløhá júm édhympag ám tîthéi áutkélø. ¿Júná súr zheshedhóf khól máunde? Óishtí, zhenáróiléit óm ótîthéi ówójá áutkélér. Jorwa dhíz vǿdhak ómâ ótîthéiá áutkélér, ¿júkái lepráikhwéióf tîthéi ló megléb ís ló merógléb? Nójá véhós óm ótîthéi ójhýhrõ áutkélér.

And in English:
Today, everyone advocates the morality of certain actions and the immorality of others. But no one, in my experience, justifies their claims with a reference to the source of their morality. How, then, can we know what is moral? Firstly, we must choose a common source of morality. For if there are many sources of morality, who can say which one is correct and which is incorrect? Therefore, there must be an absolute source of morality.

I don't know if it is ok to reply a post of four years ago...

Lonmai Luna version of UDHR Article 1(three voices):

I didn't use my voice, I used voices provided by the voice synthesizer website http://www.acapela-group.com instead...

Transcription(romanization rather than IPA):

Hey,

I'm not creator of Lidepla conlang, I'm supporter only.

Thats how Lidepla sounds like: speak-along videos of Lidepla conlang.

It sounds like a mix of Hungarian, Chinese and something Indian.

Hey,

first Lidepla dubbed scene of Valkaama movie is ready. Its planned to dub at least 3 scenes in total (Valkaama scenes 2, 7, 50). Hopefully that could give some quick & short sound presentation of Lidepla conlang.

Very nice! If there is any thread worth necroing, it's this one. Conlang sound samples are always great, and dubs are even better :)

Indeed. This is a great thread. I've been coming here to listen to them over the last few days. Hopefully I'll be able to share something soon.

Leucrocuta of the Ereissu civilisation from point of origin Nǩakarak

We cry for those fallen in battle
Our people is torn apart
too many things continue to kill
blood flow over babeyab filters
I keep remembrance of those who are alive
and hope shall rebirth
listen up to this
one truth spoken as eternal
is a cage for the people
everything echoes by being protected by the hyena
we have to initiate something new
to insert more pacific communication between us

we had planted a big tree
a brave ship made of bark
we had filled it with travelling seeds
and propelled it towards the stars
at this time a giant volcano erupted at the bottom of the tree
and its shadow covered us all

too many things remain unknown, lying in shadows. We can't really live without seeing them. And so, soon, we shall plant new grains of knowledge in our dream forest by exploring the unknown.

Here's a couple songs I translated to/sang in Tirina:

Mirror Mirror (originally by John Williams, sung by Casey Lee Williams)
Contact (originally by Trocadero, sung by Meredith Hagan)
I generally forget to say, so if it's relevant and I don't mention it--I'm from Southern Michigan and speak Inland North American English. Yes, I have the Northern Cities Vowel Shift; no, I don't have the cot-caught merger; and it is called pop.
