So, much like the Lexicon Building Thread somebody who doesn't already have a phrase or sentence in their lang makes one and then gives a phrase/sentence for the next person.

This is meant to help build grammar and maybe lexicons. The use of IPA and glossing is highly encouraged and the use of scripts is also welcome.

Note: Culturally specific phrases/sentences that may be considered difficult to translate can of course be approximated.

Mom "mom" ... not just being lame here, this word goes back to an early form /mədun/ and just happened by chance to end up as /mom/ in Poswa and Pabappa. (mədun > mədum > məum > mu:m > mom)
-o "my" (1st person possessive, goes on noun as a suffix)
leb "and, with, accompanying" ... for animates, you have a choice of several words for "and", but this is the most common
fo "I" (ultimately from a word meaning "(the one who is) speaking", from paba "to speak"
pobla "soup"
blyfwe "spicy" .... from blyf "spice" ... one could also say blyfum, but this would be more like "spiced" as if you took something that was already prepared and added spices to it
-p (accusative case marker, covers both the adjective and the noun it modifies ... no case agreement here)
pypo "to eat (soup)" ... not the most common word for eating, this basically means "to suck with the lips ,eat slowly" and is said of liquid foods.
-bo (1st person present verb marker ... no number agreement needed)

What we got here is a transitive verb descensar which is a causative form of descender, "to go down", which would be the original intranstive verb (i.e. we're saying "make your music go down").

A popular alternative would be verb baixar, baixa teia música /'bɛ.ʃɐ/.
The North dialect has phrasal verbs that follow English syntax in a zone where English had a lot of influence, so we can find phrases like torna teia música abaix /'toɾ.nɐ ... ɐ.'bɛʃ/ calquing English "turn down".
