Kala Lexical Participation Thread

...

A few years back, when Qatama was my main project, I posted the phonotactical guide and asked people to recommend definitions and make words...well, with Kala I already have a list of lemma...so, I though maybe people would want to suggest some definitions.

If you think the definition might already exist, simply use the Ctrl F, or whatever search function you use, to find that word. Feel free to suggest words that are not "one-to-one". I have, for example, nipa - to stretch the back by extenting one leg at a time, and huku - to politely wait for everyone to sit before sitting.

Thanks, and have fun.

eua - fin already exists, but I like the idea of pyotsi being more specific...Added as;

pyotsi - tail or caudal fin or feathers

These are great additions, everyone...thank you. The Kala lexicon is growing nicely.

OK, everything suggested has been added and the page updated. I sorted it in an almost categorical way...to make it easier to search for lemma. The undefined words are toward the bottom.

Thanks again, guys.
