Only one of ⟨à á ã è é ə̀ í ò ó ú⟩ may appear in a word; they are not found if only one vowel letter is in a word.
⟨cʼ čʼ kʼ qʼ tʼ⟩ only occur in an initial syllable and before ⟨à á ã è é ə̀ í ò ó ú⟩.
All consonant letters are adjacent to one or two vowel letters.
All consonant letters may appear doubled in a word, but this is rare for ⟨v y⟩. Vowel letters are not doubled.

Interpreted the vowel diacritics as tones since the same set show up on all vowels. I also assume from its placement that the second <m> was supposed to be <n>. Based on its distribution, the overdot was interpreted as an alternate phonation. I chose creaky voice.

<a i u> /a i u/, with glide allophones of /i u/ when they precede another vowel

What's the point of giving us a Cyrillic orthography if you're going to tie it to a Roman orthography we've already looked at?

It doesn't have to tie in if you don't want it to. I just post these and phonologies in the romanisation thread for fun and practice. Also, when together, the phonology I meant is a bit clearer. If you've been paying attention (which of course, you don't have to), most of the orthographies I post here were for phonologies in the romanisation thread.
