Your Honor, I ask that you find this man not guilty by reason of insanity.

Because I have mental health issues, that is the reason, like Eddie but I have similar problems where I want to use every diacritic in the book.

How about...

Vowels: Tilde indicates nasalization, diaeresis indicates length, resulting in:

/i ĩ i: a ã a: u ũ u:/ <i ĩ ï a ã ä u ũ ü>

Consonants:
/m m̥ ɱ n n̥ ŋ/ <m mh m̃ n nh ñ>
/p pʰ b t tʰ d k kʰ/ <b bh bb d dh dd g gh>
/f v θ ð x ɣ h h/ <p pp t tt k kk h hh> (/h/ is written <h> intervocalically and syllable-finally, and <hh> at the beginning of syllables)
/l ʎ r ʀ/ <r rh rr rrh>

A sample I just came up with/gen just gave to me:
Dãghuppa hhïdãgu gãki battapäbkü. /dãkʰuba hi:tãku kãxi paðafa:pxu/

<p b f v m t d s z n l k g q x> are all as in the IPA
<jj ww hh> are just /j w h/, but see below
<ll r rr> /ɬ ɾ r/
<ts dz tsh dzh tsj dzj> /ʦ dz ʧ ʤ ʨ ʥ/
<a e> /ɐ ə/

Unless otherwise contradicted by the above:
  • Following h indicates aspiration and causes breathy voice on the following vowel.
  • Following w indicates a labialized consonant and shifts following /ɐ ə/ to /a o/.
  • Following j indicates a palatalized consonant and shifts folowing /ɐ ə/ to /e i/.
  • Following ' indicates a velarized consonant and shifts following /ɐ ə/ to /a u/.

How about we have a nice three-way vowel length system? For varying values of "nice".

<a e i o u y> As in IPA. Acute indicates lexical stress. /a/ does not take lexical stress because of reasons. Grave means creaky voice.
<b d f g h k l m n p s t v z> as in IPA.
<c j ł ñ r w> /t͡s ɻ ɭ ɳ ɹ ʋ/
<x> /x~ɣ~ɰ/
Consonants with cedillas are retroflex.
For the purpose of stress placement in the example I just went with ultimate fixed stress in case nothing was marked. Aditionally creaky voiced syllables attract stress.

No, KathAveara, only if you think the letters with underlines are not vowels, that is OK, that is fine if v w x and y are not vowels, even if they are.
