Sorry, I misunderstood. I thought you were trying to ask for a language with both subapical retroflexes and a different postalveolar sibilant.

Seed 1939907510 (n the online version at least):

Fairly small but boring consonant inventory with 11 consonants, but an insane, dare I say stupid, vowel system:

i u a ã ɟ̩ g̩

Yes, those are syllabic voiced stops.

Some example words:

/ajijuj/ [ɛjijij]
/jlikwaw/ [jlikʷwaw]
/jilg̩ga/ [jilg̩ga]
/jg̩jij/ [jg̩jij]
And my personal favorite: /jɟ̩jji/ [jɟ̩jji].

Only 4 words lacked /j/.

Syllabic plosives? That is weird.

I wonder if it could be diachronically justifiable to say that /ə/ was lost before voiced stops. Even then, one would expect there to be syllabic resonants.

Seed 1936516521 has the vowel system of /i u a a˞ ɑ ɒ/. 4 low vowels and no mid vowels!

It has a nice little consonant inventory though:

/m n/

So, the allophony is strong with this one.
  • Stops or nasals other than [ɲ k kʼ g q qʼ], i.e. [m pʼ d ...], assimilate in dorsality and uvularity and palatalisation and whether palatal or palatalised velar to a following stop or nasal and become non-dorsal word-finally. Before [ɲ], bilabial stops or nasals become palatalised; [d͡ʒ̺] become [j]. Before a back consonant other than [w], [d͡ʒ̺] become non-coronal rounded semivowels and assimilate in uvularity. Before a non-affricate dorsal stop or nasal, [t͡ʃ̺ t͡ʃ̺ʼ] become fricatives and assimilate in uvularity and palatalisation; [t͡ʃ̺ʼ] become non-ejective and assimilate in uvularity and palatalisation.
    Vowels [u e ɔ ...] persistently become nasal [ũ ẽ ɔ̃ ...] before a nasal.
Stops or nasals [m pʼʲ t ...] become non-affricate and assimilate in place of articulation to the previous phone between an obstruent or nasal and an obstruent or nasal. After a coronal-dorsal obstruent or nasal, [t͡ʃ̺ t͡ʃ̺ʼ] become fricatives and assimilate in anteriority and uvularity and palatalisation; [t͡ʃ̺ʼ] become non-ejective and assimilate in anteriority and uvularity and palatalisation. After a non-dorsal coronal consonant other than [l], affricate sibilants become affricates and assimilate in anteriority. After a coronal back obstruent or nasal, [d͡ʒ̺] become non-coronal rounded semivowels and assimilate in anteriority and uvularity. After a coronal-palatal obstruent or nasal, [d͡ʒ̺] become non-coronal semivowels and assimilate in anteriority.
Stops or nasals [m c͡t tʼ ...] persistently become non-affricate and assimilate in place of articulation to the previous phone between an obstruent or nasal and an obstruent or nasal. After a coronal-dorsal obstruent or nasal, voiceless affricate sibilants become fricatives and assimilate in anteriority and uvularity and palatalisation; [t͡sʼ t͡ʃ̺ʼ] become non-ejective and assimilate in anteriority and uvularity and palatalisation. After a non-dorsal coronal consonant other than [l], affricate sibilants become affricates and assimilate in anteriority. After a coronal back obstruent or nasal, [d͡z d͡ʒ̺] become non-coronal rounded semivowels and assimilate in anteriority and uvularity. After a coronal-palatal obstruent or nasal, [d͡z d͡ʒ̺] become non-coronal semivowels and assimilate in anteriority.
    High vowels and semivowels [j i u ...] persistently become non-high [e̯ e o ...] before a non-near-high vowel or an uvular consonant except for a vowel or semivowel.
Unrounded consonants other than non-front bilabial stops or nasals [mʲ q͡t k ...] become rounded [m q͡tʷ kʷ ...] after a rounded semivowel. Non-bilabial front consonants become velar or uvular back; bilabial stops or nasals become unrounded; bilabial stops or nasals become non-front.
Palatoalveolar-palatal stops or nasals [ɲ͡ṉ̺ c͡ṯ̺ʼ c͡ṯ̺ ɟ͡ḏ̺] persistently become non-affricate palatal and assimilate in coronality and anteriority to a following palatal consonant other than [j].
    [m ŋ͡n ŋ͡ṉ̺ n ṉ̺ ŋ p pʼ b k͡t k͡tʼ g͡d k͡ṯ̺ k͡ṯ̺ʼ g͡ḏ̺ t tʼ d ṯ̺ ṯ̺ʼ ḏ̺ k kʼ g t͡s t͡sʼ d͡z t͡ʃ̺ t͡ʃ̺ʼ d͡ʒ̺ x͡s x͡ʃ̺ h hʷ l] become front before a non-low front vowel or a front semivowel. [hʷ] become [w̥]; glottal fricatives become non-glottal fricative dorsal.
Coronal consonants [ɲ͡n c͡ṯ̺ ḏ̺ʲ ...] assimilate in anteriority and retroflexion to a following obstruent sibilant. Before a palatoalveolar obstruent sibilant, approximant laterals are deleted.
    Mid vowels and semivowels [e̯ ẽ ɛ ...] become high [j ĩ i ...] before a nasal. Mid-low vowels become tense.
Stops [p g͡ḏ̺ʷ kʼ ...] persistently assimilate in glottalisation to a preceding non-nasal consonant other than approximant. After an ejective stop, voiced stops become ejective.
Nasals [m ɲ͡ṉ̺ ṉ̺ ...] become nasals and assimilate in place of articulation to a following obstruent.
Vowels and semivowels other than velar or uvular semivowels [j̥ u ɛ ...] persistently assimilate in frontness or palatalisation to a following uvular consonant. Before an uvular consonant other than [e̯], semivowels become rounded back.
Front low vowels [æ̃ æ] persistently become central [ã a].
Stops [p g͡ḏ̺ʷ kʼ ...] persistently become aspirated [pʰ k͡tʰ̱̺ʷ kʰ ...] after a glottal fricative. Voiced stops become voiceless; ejective stops become non-ejective.
Dorsal obstruents or nasals [ɲ͡n q͡t c ...] persistently assimilate in highness or uvularity to a following dorsal obstruent or nasal. Before an uvular obstruent or nasal, palatal obstruents or nasals become uvular.
Non-ejective unaspirated obstruents [p q͡ṯ̺ʷ ɢʷ ...] assimilate in voice to a following non-nasal consonant other than approximant and become voiceless word-finally. Before a voiced stop, obstruents other than stops become non-coronal semivowels; unrounded non-front obstruents other than stops become rounded.
Unrounded consonants other than non-front bilabial stops or nasals [mʲ c͡ṯ̺ʼ g ...] become rounded [m k͡ṯ̺ʼʷ gʷ ...] before a rounded consonant or word-finally. Front consonants become non-front; dorsal front consonants become back; bilabial stops or nasals become unrounded.
Consonants other than [m pʰ p pʼ b w̥ w o̯], i.e. [mʲ k͡tʰ̱̺ gʷ ...], assimilate in rounding to a following consonant and become unrounded word-finally. Before a rounded consonant, front consonants become non-front; dorsal front consonants become back; bilabial stops or nasals become unrounded.
    [u ũ o õ ɔ ɔ̃ a ã] assimilate in backness or velarisation to a following semivowel.
Front vowels and semivowels [j̥ y ɛ ...] become non-front [w̥ ʉ ɜ ...] after an uvular obstruent or nasal. Semivowels become rounded back.
Unaspirated stops [p g͡ḏ̺ʷ kʼ ...] persistently assimilate in glottalisation to a following non-nasal consonant other than approximant. Before an ejective stop, voiced stops become ejective.

They meld and twist from what they were,
And give us the mess surrounding us.

Sure. I might make it related to Arve: collapse the fortis/lenis plosive distinction, then ʀ > ɢ, which would still be voiced because it derives from a voiced segment.

(Lenis plosives are unvoiced in Arve, but lenite to voiced fricatives, so even if it's only [ɢ] in the onset of stressed syllables, it'll still be patterning with the other stops. Also, Arve already turns /v/ to a labiodental flap in the onset of stressed syllables.)

Re: The glebst of Gleb

I know it happens, but it's kinda like Nivkh vowels. If you can make it work, all the better for you.

Gleb complaint: the thing generates baroque allophony rules like: "Palatal stops or nasals [cʰ c ɟ ɲ] persistently become alveopalatal [t͡ɕʰ t͡ɕ d͡ʑ ṉʲ] before a palatoalveolar obstruent or nasal. Stops or nasals other than [ɲ] become affricates." in a (C)V phonology (seed 2023610830)
